Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the Callyo application and companion services. By installing or using Callyo you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to follow the rules below.
1. Eligibility and Accounts
Callyo is intended for authorized teams. You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your region) and capable of entering into a binding agreement. Keep your login details private and let us know if you suspect unauthorized access.
2. Acceptable Use
- Use Callyo for lawful communication and collaboration only.
- Do not upload content that violates intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights.
- Do not interfere with the app, attempt to bypass security, or disrupt other users.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
If your organization activates paid features, charges are billed according to the selected plan. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. Unpaid balances may result in suspension or downgrade.
4. Content Ownership
You own the content you submit to Callyo. You grant us a limited license to host, transmit, and process that content only as needed to deliver the features you choose. We do not claim broader rights to your data.
5. Termination
You can stop using Callyo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay for paid features, or use the service in a way that creates risk for other users.
